This industrial project is situated in mahabaleshwar. Inorder to increase efficiency while taking a sustainable approach we have incorporated some key design features, namely; breathable
facade, functional aesthetic, local material, recycled material, climate  responsiveness, and
neutralising odour.
Our recycled plastic flower beds and fins are facade elements that contribute to neutralising odour and a functional form. The porus northern facade contributes to the climate responsiveness, and the semi open spaces allow a connection to the forrest scape surrounding the structure. Overall this facility is ecological, and economical.
